Role Overview:
The role of the Project Manager is to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects from order intake through to customer training and handover. This role will combine both project management and site management responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and in line with customer expectations.
Lead and manage the execution of projects, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, risk management, and progress tracking.
Ensure proper communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and track project performance, identifying any potential issues and proactively addressing them.
Oversee the allocation of resources and manage project budgets effectively.
Oversee site readiness, ensuring all prerequisites (infrastructure, logistics, and safety) are met before installations commence.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards across all project sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve any site-related issues or conflicts quickly to minimize project disruptions.
Work closely with Cluster OF Leaders, Project Coordinators, Installation Managers & Applications Specialist to ensure project alignment.
Work closely with the Cluster OF Leader to identify any resource gaps or capacity issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment focused on meeting customer expectations and achieving business outcomes.
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer during project execution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Regularly update customers on project progress and milestones.
Ensure the highest quality of service and support is delivered to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, documentation, and reports.
Provide regular project status updates to Cluster OF Leaders and senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Support post-project evaluations and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
5+ years of experience in site management, project management, or a related field, preferably in a highly regulated or technical industry.
Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of site management best practices and safety standards.
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar tools).
