The Opportunity

Due to continued expansion within our Ireland Project & Development Services business, we are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to support the growth of our advisory and delivery capability across the Irish market.

This is a growth-driven role within a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, providing exposure to high-profile occupier and investor clients across commercial office, industrial & logistics, retail, life sciences and mixed-use sectors.

You will play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with internal service lines and external consultants to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.

Role Purpose

  • Lead and manage projects across the full lifecycle, from feasibility through to handover.

  • Provide strategic project management advice to occupier and investor clients.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Support the continued growth of PDS Ireland through client development and cross-service collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and risk registers.

  • Establish and agree project brief, scope and success criteria with clients.

  • Lead consultant teams and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs.

  • Oversee procurement strategy and manage tender processes.

  • Monitor construction progress, cost and quality performance.

  • Manage change control processes and mitigate project risks.

  • Lead project reporting and governance processes.

  • Oversee practical completion, snagging and handover.

Client & Commercial

  • Act as day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor.

  • Provide clear, concise and commercially focused reporting.

  • Contribute to fee proposals and support new business development.

  • Identify opportunities to deliver integrated PDS services.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with Cost Management, Building Consultancy and Engineering teams to provide joined-up solutions.

  • Support mentoring of junior team members.

  • Contribute to market intelligence and pipeline development across Ireland.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related discipline.

  • Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent preferred).

  • Consultancy experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Irish construction market and procurement routes.

  • Experience delivering commercial or mixed-use developments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and risk management capability.
