About the Role:
Lead end-to-end delivery of civil projects including warehouses, infrastructure, and site development works, and also supporting other projects, including interior fit-out for commercial office & retail.
Manage project timelines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Take ownership of project cost control, including cost estimation, budget tracking, variation management, and commercial oversight.
Review tender submissions, quotations, and change orders to ensure alignment with project scope and cost objectives.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety compliance and overall project performance.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management within civil or infrastructure projects, especially in delivering projects end-to-end with both technical and commercial oversight.
Strong experience managing site execution, contractors, and project timelines, including cost management, tendering, QS and contract administration.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, effectively engaging with local and regional stakeholders.
