Project Manager – North America B2B Team

Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing assigned projects within the North America B2B team. This role oversees complex, high‑priority initiatives that support the team’s strategic objectives. Working cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders, the Project Manager ensures effective delivery, drives operational improvements, and contributes to scalable processes that enhance overall B2B performance.
Essential Duties
Lead internal and external cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines, deliverables, and strategic objectives.
Apply critical thinking and challenge assumptions to drive continuous improvement across all project workstreams.
Define project structure, scope, and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resource allocation to minimize project disruptions.
Manage expectations of leadership, project teams, and cross‑functional partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Collect, analyze, and organize data to support performance reporting and executive updates.
Develop strategies and tactical plans to implement changes to existing or new B2B processes.
Create and refine performance metrics that measure process efficiency and identify areas of opportunity.
Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to all stakeholders, including management and functional teams.
Establish project budgets, track expenditures, and report variances or financial risks.
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Job Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in project management.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
Experience using Monday.com and other project management tools.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to introduce and cultivate a culture of change and continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and develop relationships at all levels.
Ability to identify stakeholder needs and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
Strong communication, executive presence, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Ability to travel occasionally to engage with stakeholders.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Ability to operate a computer keyboard and mouse for data entry.
Ability to view a computer monitor for prolonged periods.
Ability to hear and speak via telephone.
Ability to reach forward and overhead.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment
Moderate noise levels typical of an office environment.
Combination of natural and fluorescent lighting.
Ability to work with minimal direction and periodic supervision.
