Project Manager - Cardiac Safety

We’re looking for a strategic Project Manager to lead multi-service client programs and serve as a subject matter expert across pharmaceutical studies. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate across departments, mentor peers, and support new product initiatives that advance Clario’s mission to unlock better evidence for life-changing therapies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as subject matter expert for one or more product lines, supporting project teams and educating customers

  • Independently lead planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of study management across multiple product lines

  • Gather customer requirements and translate into actionable plans for internal teams

  • Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archives

  • Oversee equipment distribution and tracking

  • Monitor timelines and manage financial components including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, and invoice reconciliation

  • Identify and escalate study risks with mitigation strategies

  • Facilitate internal and external negotiations to ensure collaboration and timely delivery

  • Lead operational readiness for new product initiatives

  • Conduct quality checks on systems and documents to ensure high-quality deliverables

  • Present study services at investigator or site initiation meetings and support sales initiatives

  • Mentor and train new Project Management team members
     

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management

  • PMP certification required

  • 4–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management or related industry

  • Proven expertise in managing multi-service studies and supporting cross-functional teams

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate effectively, and resolve issues proactively

  • Fluency in English

  • Based in or able to work from San Jose (hybrid)

  • Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 20%
