Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Leads complex cross functional and global projects for Customer Onboarding and Process Improvement projects.

  • Partners with NPI project managers and key project stakeholders as required per complexity of Onboarding engagement.

  • Project Planning and coordination of tasks related to customer set-up, part and BOM set-up, supply chain strategy, and NPI through to production.

  • Analyzes project proposals and customer requirements to determine time frame and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.

  • Requires clear and complete understanding of customer requirements from upstream groups and communication of these requirements to the accountable project team members.

  • Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.

  • Uses standard tools and templates for project organization, process documentation, and communication providing consistency in content and ‘look and feel’ across the organization.

  • Performs risk assessments and implements mitigation plans to get project back on track to committed milestones and go live dates.

  • Facilitates functional workstream discussions and regular cadence calls ensuring project participants are meeting deadlines.

  • Stakeholder management—Leads internal and external stakeholder management sessions to keep management aware of project status and potential issues.

  • Remains up to date on emerging standards and learn new processes, tools, and functionalities as they are developed to design customer requirements into the most efficient and automated processes.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Assists in training new and existing employees on policies and procedures related to project outcomes.

  • Role requires facilitating, hosting and driving on-site or off-site workshops related to discovery, onboarding and check ins related to customer onboardings.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

  • Ability to lead and motivate others by seeing the bigger picture as well as the purpose of the short-term actions required.

  • Understands the end-to-end customer journey and the impact of upstream and downstream stakeholders and processes.

  • Ability to adapt to new circumstances in a changing business environment.

  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations, as well as resetting customer expectations when needed.

  • Clear communication skills across varying levels of the organization in AIS and with customers

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience.

  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.

  • Works independently; receives minimal guidance.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

  • Provides informal guidance to teammates regarding best practices and lessons learned.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$84,500.00 - $121,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
