The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring an Associate Project Management Specialist to join the Fulfillment Process and Performance (FPP) team in Renton, Washington.

Our team partners across BCA fulfillment programs to drive strategic initiatives that strengthen Fulfillment’s ability to support and optimize the production system.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Renton, Washington location.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling, and managing of an integrated program schedule to meet customer program and/or project requirements in accordance with Boeing and industry project management standards.
Participates in producing and analyzing visibility metrics related to program schedules.
Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, mitigation plan development and refinement of business cases.
Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain program status, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
2+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects.
Experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
Experience in using all the following Microsoft Office Applications
