Boeing Global Services – Commercial (BGS) is seeking a Project Management Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join our Commercial New Business, Strategy, and Asset Management Team in Seattle, WA, or Dallas, TX.

In this role, you will lead and support a variety of supply chain planning projects, including assessing risks to the supply chain for new business initiatives and driving recovery efforts to ensure supply chain resilience and continuity.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management of integrated supply chain plans to meet program and project requirements, aligned with industry best practices in supply chain and project management.

  • Participate in maintaining, analyzing, and producing key supply chain performance metrics related to demand, inventory, production schedules, and supplier commitments.

  • Assist senior planners and supply chain analysts with risk assessments, development of mitigation strategies, and refinement of supply chain business cases.

  • Assess risks to the supply chain associated with program offerings, identifying potential disruptions and working with cross-functional teams to develop contingency plans.

  • Collect, organize, and update data to maintain accurate status of supply chain programs, production schedules, supplier deliveries, and compliance with customer requirements.

  • Coordinate documentation of supply chain work statements and associated schedules to ensure alignment across internal teams and external suppliers.

  • Identify and report on variances in supply chain performance, schedule adherence, and changes impacting project timelines to the supply chain and project teams.

  • Communicate plan changes, recovery actions, and supply chain risks to stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment across the supply chain network.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders.

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools.

  • 3+ years of Integrated Scheduling tools and processes experience

  • Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools.

  • 5+ years of Integrated Scheduling tools and processes experience

  • Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

  • 3+ years of experience with MS Office applications (PWA, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

  • Experience with Data Analytic tools (Tableau, Power BI).

  • 3+ years of experience with program oversight & metrics reporting.

  • Experience working in supply chain, a manufacturing environment, on airplane programs or supporting the production system.

  • Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals.

  • Experience working in a dynamic work environment, to include managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Travel:

This position may require traveling up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:    

Associate (Level 2)      $81,600.00 - $110,400.00

Experienced (Level 3) $101,150.00 - $136,850.00
