Position Summary:
The Project Management Lead works in conjunction with internal teams (and clients in some cases) in order to plan, move and track tasks. This individual will be responsible for onboarding new clients, keep close track of internal & client activities/queries, provide support to manage legal compliance paperwork (licenses, TPAs, SOWs etc…) and provide administrative support. The lead, reporting to Senior Client Success Manager and in partnership with them will be expected to be the main communication hub between all parties for assigned accounts.
