What you’ll do:
-Project Manager for Network Professional Services Delivery,
-Planning and Managing end to end activities and services related to Network Deployments, Migrations and Network Professional Services
-Planning and Managing end to end activities and services related to HTS Quick Start and Edge Lifecycle Services
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with business owners to understand and identify key targeted outcomes , Pre Sales KT, resources etc
Develop, track and Execute projects for Network Professional Services D0 / D1/D2 delivery including deployments, migrations, partner management, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans
Proactively manage operations through implementation of right controls and escalate where required.
Manage Stakeholder relationships, interface with all functional and business areas/ groups affected by the project, including senior and/or executive management
Ensure the fulfilment of the requirements stated in the SLA
Organizes and attends Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Manages project financials including business impact
Plan and Run Internal Initiatives
What you need to bring:
-First Level University degree.
-Post Graduate degree would be a bonus
-5+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
-Project Management Certifications : ITIL Expert / PMP / Prince 2
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
Good Exposure and Familiarity related to project management methods.
Excellent communication skills ( verbal / PPT presentation)
Ability to work well and drive agenda across multiple stakeholders
