Amentum is seeking a Project Management Analyst. The Project Management Analyst will provide Procurement Support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Electromagnetic Effects Division (B50).
Project Management Analyst Responsibilities Includes:
Providing B30 Procurement Support by performing financial management and administrative activities.
Administering purchase requests by gathering essential data and collaborating with Government personnel.
Conducting technical screening of requested items
Tracking and coordinating approvals with essential functional area government leads
Aiding in submission of PCard and MILSTRIP procurement requests
Performing, monitoring and receiving shipments including tracking and reporting shipping status
Maintaining accurate associated records and documentation and communicate status to Government personnel
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum five (5) years of experience that includes performing financial management and administrative activities, such as budgeting and resource planning, project scheduling and reporting.
Experience executing established tasking that follow detailed procedures and processes.
Experience with preparation of charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing status.
Experience supporting procurement of material and tracking procurement status utilizing spreadsheets and / or Government online tools.
Experienced with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, etc.).
Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specific experience with performing material procurements support and receiving and tracking of shipments.
Compensation Details:
us: $60,000 to $80,000
