About the Role
As a Customer Quality Project Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all conditions for the warranty analysis of every new and existing product or project are met, and that customer expectations are fulfilled.
What You Will Do
Leading and monitoring warranty projects, supporting ramp - up, serial and ramp - down phase in QC
- Create a project plan with classification based on the internal guide
- Review and evaluate General Customer Specific Requirements warranty related points
- Provide / monitor analysis requirements for responsible domains
- Create and coordinate time schedules, process plans and create project status reports
- Monitor and evaluate warranty topics and report warranty related statistics to customer
- Answer to Customer inquiries within the scope of warranty liability requirements and track warranty costs
- Professional management of team meetings
- Professional leading of project team, define and distribute work packages and review the results
- Voice of customer in terms of warranty topics
- Take care warranty contract readiness and renewal
- Participate at internal and external audits
- Continuous contact to Logistic services (internal and external) to sustain the smooth warranty flow
- Arrange resident engineer activity at customer side (if it is needed and agreed/committed)
What You Need to Be Successful
- Degree in electrical engineering or comparable education with several years of related experience
- Fluently spoken and written English
- Professional experience in planning and management technical projects
- Knowledge of warranty rights / standards / regulations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Excellent skills in the usage of MS Office
- Excellent teamwork, people-contact skills, ability to cope with pressure and self-assured manner
Bonus Points if You Have
- Willingness for travels, driving license „B“
- Knowledge of German language is beneficial
