Own Indirect Procurement-specific ERP processes, digital tools, and associated processes; ensure systems remain fit-for-purpose and aligned with business needs.
Regularly review existing processes and lead improvements with a focus on simplification, automation, and end-user experience.
Apply LEAN methodologies to drive process excellence and eliminate inefficiencies.
Lead and support special initiatives within the Sourcing and S2P space, including medium- to high-complexity projects.
Serve as a subject-matter resource for colleagues with less experience, supporting capability building across the team.
Execute policies and strategies using in-depth knowledge of sourcing, procurement operations, and S2P governance.
Act as a liaison between sourcing operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders to drive alignment and solutions adoption.
Use analytical thinking and technical experience to evaluate data, identify root causes, and propose solutions that may fall outside existing parameters.
Utilize internal and limited external sources to inform decision-making and ensure that solutions support the broader S2P ecosystem.
Operate with autonomy within the framework of established business practices, policies, and precedents.
Adjust procedures and practices where needed to achieve acceptable end results (quality, compliance, timeliness, and operational outcomes).
Address day-to-day issues with sound judgment and the ability to prioritize information for actionable insights.
Explain complex sourcing processes and concepts in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences.
Facilitate discussions to drive alignment and consensus among team members and stakeholders through Office hours & Ideation process.
Support change-management and communication activities for new tools, processes, or compliance expectations.
Advanced experience in Sourcing, Procurement Initiatives, or S2P operations, with expertise consistent with a Master’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent professional experience depending on region).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive improvements.
Experience working with sourcing or procurement systems (Coupa, Oracle , SAP )
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
Professional fluency in both English & French.
Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, resolve problems, and make informed decisions.
Strong capability to document, plan, and execute both programs and projects.
Established project-management skills, with experience in LEAN or continuous-improvement methodologies.
Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
