Are you ready to turn complex system designs into fully operational, international sorting solutions? As a Project Leader Engineering, you will lead multidisciplinary projects from start to finish, ensuring time, quality, cost, and functionality are delivered across mechanical, electrical, and controls domains. You will work closely with lead engineers, project management, and the customer to define system functionalities, develop project plans, and coordinate resources, supply chain, installation, and commissioning.
When the customer site is ready, you guide the installation, commissioning, and testing phases, turning digital 3D models into real-life systems. You continuously identify and mitigate project risks while maximizing your team’s skills and contributing to process improvements and best practices across projects.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5.500 to € 7.400 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
