Our mission at Digital, Analytics & Reporting (DAR) is to build best in class supply chain reporting and analytics products in-turn driving business impact to the organization.

DAR is looking for a project lead who will be responsible for develop and deliver complex, innovative and transformative solutions to our Supply chain teams in North America

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Leader with a strong background in IT and Power BI. The successful candidate will lead our organization's Analytics, Reporting and transformation projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.

The Project Leader will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver Power BI projects that support our business objectives.

The role involves direct engagement with customers to understand the problem statement and work with our developers and partners to deliver solutions.

  • Assess current state, understand business context in depth, translate it to outputs and formulate recommendations for sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gain deep understanding of the business processes to identify gaps and transformation opportunities.
  • Ability to translate business requirement to technical requirements and work in an agile environment.
  • Leading collaboration rooms/workshops with the business teams and delivery partners to facilitate process flow development and quality deliverables.
  • Manage & drive project tasks, provide project status reporting effectively (“Owning” the project plan) and ensure governance, project management methodology and processes are followed along with driving documentation process.
  • Lead analysis of large sets of complex supply chain data
  • Develop data models and tools to provide actionable insights to business.
  • Manage and deliver end to end solution leveraging technologies.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth skills & hands-on (business and technical) Microsoft Project / Power BI / planning, configuration, integration, testing, rollout and support areas, as well as Power BI reporting systems architecture, report design, data storytelling and presentation
  • Plan and execute projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including IT, data analysts, business analysts, and end-users.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and are aligned with the organization's Power BI strategy.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, project dashboards, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and project schedules.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Mentor and train team members on project management methodologies and Power BI best practices.

Preferred Experience, Competencies & Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, IT, or business intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale transformation and influence matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving ability and leadership skills along with relationship management ability.
  • Data and detail oriented along with analytical thinking.
  • Project Management/process improvement skills, effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; Anticipates obstacles and develop plans to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated customer focus – Evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer and ensures enhanced experience.
  • Develops processes and strategies to deliver outcomes that meet customer goals.
  • Change oriented, actively generates ideas and manage multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft applications like Power Bi, Power App, Azure, etc.
  • Comfortable in working with Power platforms and knowledge of DAX and data modelling.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Pay Range:

$104,000 - $123,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
