About the Role:
This is an Expression of Interest for a Project Executive role to support a confidential Project Management Consultancy assignment in Kuwait. The role is a core PMC position, subject to project award, and will be based full-time in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the PMC team and ensure full compliance with TOR and contractual obligations
• Act as the primary liaison with client representatives and key stakeholders
• Oversee strategic planning, execution, and reporting across all project phases
• Ensure timely delivery of all PMC services, including project controls, claims, and contract administration
• Represent the PMC consultant in senior-level meetings and decision-making forums

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• Minimum 25 years of professional experience
• Proven leadership experience on university, college, or institutional campus projects.
• Strong PMC leadership experience on large-scale institutional or public sector projects
