The opportunity:
Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products has a Secondary Engineering team for Gas Insulated Switchgear to produce Local Control Cubicles. The work involves creating electrical components in Zuken E3 as per the engineering team re quirements. You need to align with other colleagues and should exhibit good collaborative skills to complete the task.
How you’ll make an impact:
Design and build custom components including schematic symbols, panel symbols, and 3D models using E3.series tools.
Import and configure manufacturer STEP files for accurate 3D representation.
Define and assign attributes such as part numbers, manufacturer details, electrical ratings, and mount ing requirements.
Create logical and physical symbols for compo nents following IEC/ANSI standards.
Work closely with design engineers to understand component requirements.
Adhering to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
Submitting the documents Ontime with Quality.
Responsible for compliance with the applicable standards and regulations, in particular the ISO 9001 (QMS), 14001 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Safety) standards.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or re lasted field.
2+ years of experience with DS-E3 platform and Zuken E3. series (E3. schematic, E3. panel, E3. cable).
Proficiency in creating and managing compo nent libraries.
Familiarity with STEP file handling and 3D mod eling .
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills .
Excellent knowledge of CAE tools (Nice to have experience in e3, not mandatory) .
Familiarity with codes and applicable standards like IEC, IEEE, ANSI, etc...
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Ability to work in a team and maintain profess singlism.
Good Communication and Interpersonal skill.
