The Project Engineer – Land Installation – Intern will support green‑transition projects within an international, multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with Prysmian departments, subcontractors, and clients.

This is an opportunity to grow your technical and professional skills while contributing to strategic projects.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with Project Engineers – Execution Phase and/or Others, to gather feedback and information related to the Tender Phase assumptions 
  • Update Land Installation Engineering guidelines and templates based on collected feedback
  • Analyse the tender documentation (support to Project Engineers – Tender Phase)
  • Consult subcontractors, in collaboration with Purchasing Department: prepare RFQs, manage clarifications, and support offers assessment (support to Proposal Engineers)
  • Engage with various Prysmian departments, subcontractors, and clients to help build a solid technical and commercial offer (support to Project Engineers – Tender Phase)
  • Prepare Tender documents for Cable Installation activities such as descriptive documents, preliminary drawings etc. (support to Project Engineers – Tender Phase)
  • Other reasonable duties associated with this function

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Engineering degree or ongoing engineering studies.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
  • Familiarity with standard software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD
