Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring quality assurance and quality control of all MEP works as per project specifications, standards, and client requirements. The role involves monitoring site execution, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and QA/QC procedures.

About the Role:

• Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITP) for MEP works.
• Conduct inspections for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems as per approved drawings and standards.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.
• Raise NCRs, track corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, material approvals, and coordinate with consultants/contractors for inspections.

About You:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP QA/QC in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, IS codes, and international standards.
• Experience in handling ITP, method statements, inspections, and documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
