The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for execution and supervision of villa construction works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines. The role involves managing multiple villas, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality finishes.

About the Role:

• Manage execution of multiple villa units including structure, finishing, and external works.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution.
• Ensure high-quality finishing standards in villas (architectural and interior coordination).
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and client representatives.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with scope and quality.
• Conduct inspections and ensure closure of snag lists.
• Verify measurements, contractor bills, and material reconciliation.
• Ensure safety compliance and site discipline.
• Provide inputs for planning, reporting, and risk mitigation.

About You:

• Strong knowledge of villa construction and finishing works.
• Expertise in RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and façade works.
• Attention to detail in high-end finishes.
• Ability to manage multiple villas simultaneously.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Familiarity with MS Project/Primavera is an added advantage.
• Timely completion of villas as per schedule.
• High-quality finishes with minimal rework.
• Effective coordination with stakeholders.
• Accurate reporting and documentation.
