Responsibilities 

• Work with the Operations team to review job issues 

• Communicate with clients to address issues and find solutions 

• Be the Turn Over person when an Operations employee has an issue with a client for a phone call or email 

• Meet with the team daily to review the CRM tool to make sure nothing falling through the cracks 

• Help out with the different Operations buckets get things accomplished 

Skills and Experience  

• 10 years of management experience 

• Customer Service experience,  

• High level of computer skills,  

• Excellent problem solving skills 

• Good ability to work with a team.
