About The Role:
As a Project Coordinator with Veterans United Realty, you’ll help keep projects, programs, and initiatives moving forward. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and division leadership including the Executive Broker to ensure our processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our overall strategy. If you enjoy connecting the dots, organizing moving pieces, and helping teams execute big ideas, this role gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
Supporting operational projects across VUR and subsidiaries like Atrium Realty, helping initiatives stay organized and on track.
Taking ownership of special programs, projects, and strategic initiatives from start to finish.
Using tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, KV Core, and Dotloop to help implement organizational strategy and improve workflows.
Onboarding new Atrium Agents, making sure they understand our systems, expectations, and feel welcomed into our culture.
Assisting with department communications and helping ensure consistent company-wide branding.
Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly.
Pitching in wherever needed to strengthen the team and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
About You:
You’re quick to learn new technology and feel comfortable navigating multiple systems.

You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation.

Production experience, relevant coursework, or management experience is a plus.
