We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a fast-paced technology team.  This person will be the operational nerve center of the team - tracking timelines, aligning stakeholders, Identifying risk and Reporting progress. You enjoy untangling complex workflows and building tracking spreadsheets while managing risk, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects - Maintain detailed project plans, set realistic timelines, and hold the team accountable to them
  • Stakeholder communication - Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners, keeping everyone informed and aligned
  • Manage resources - track capacity, flag conflicts early, and mitigate unsustainable workloads
  • Identify and mitigate risk - spot risks, communicate them and help mitigate before they become serious issues
  • Quality Assurance - review deliverables against original briefs before they go out the door
  • Report to leadership - report out on project data in clear, concise status updates

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in a project coordination role within a fast-paced professional services environment
  • Solid grasp of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) and Microsoft 365
  • Strong communicator, calm under pressure, detail-oriented and good negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field
  • CAPM or PMP certification #LI-MS1
Pay Range
$75,000$100,000 USD
