Project Coordinator - Project Management Office – Husqvarna Group

Huskvarna Full time

Last date to apply:

13 May 2026

Within Husqvarna, there is a function called the PMO (Project Management Office). Here, we deliver product development projects with the goal of doing so on time, within the right scope, cost, and quality.

“PMO is a team of project coordinators and project managers who are passionate about development, while also having fun in our project assignments. Together, we are proud of delivering projects that go from idea to finished product, ready for Husqvarna’s customers.

As a group, we continuously work with business development, focusing on how we can improve and streamline our ways of working and our processes. Since our roles involve working cross-functionally, we see it as important to exchange experiences and thoughts within our own team, as we often face similar situations.

If you are looking for a learning and developing team, this is absolutely the right job to apply for.” This is how Fredrik Cederholm, the hiring manager, describes his team.

Role Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will combine your technical understanding with coordination and collaboration, playing a key role in driving product development projects forward. You will lead and facilitate project meetings, support different phases of development projects, and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders.

In this role, you will often act as the central hub in the project, coordinating between project managers, R&D, purchasing, production, factory planning, and suppliers. The work environment is creative, dynamic, and varied, which means you will need to quickly adapt to different project needs and challenges.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing item and component lists throughout the project lifecycle
  • Creating and maintaining detailed timelines for all components
  • Handling ordering and material sourcing for testing and verification
  • Following up and reporting on product costs
  • Coordinating the handover process where component responsibility transitions from project to production

This is a role where structure, collaboration, and attention to detail truly make a difference — and where your contribution is clearly visible in the final product.

Your Profile

You are a structured and detail-oriented person who enjoys working in a project-driven environment. You are comfortable planning components throughout an entire project, managing project logistics, handling orders, and following up on plans together with project managers and other project members.

We believe you have:

  • A university or college degree in engineering, logistics, or a similar field
  • A few years of experience working in development and/or project environments is considered a strong advantage
  • Strong skills in Excel — a project coordinator’s best friend
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
