Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates project/program management as assigned.
Establishes milestones, management schedules, tracks progress and coordinates contributions within and beyond unit.
Evaluates and assesses program/project. Develops tracking and initiates reports. Summarizes and disseminates results.
May participate in grant process and/or provide oversight of budgets.
Manages communications of program/project.
Ensures all testing data is documented appropriately.
Trains all staff at newly established testing sites on HIV testing protocols, documentation, linkage-to-care requirements, and quality assurance standards.
Provides ongoing training for new staff at existing testing sites.
Orders and distributes HIV test kits and ensures sites follow quality control (QC) procedures.
Performs annual site inspections to ensure compliance with testing, documentation, and linkage-to-care protocols.
Monitors adherence to protocol, including the requirement that sites notify program leadership immediately upon identifying a preliminary positive test.
Collaborates with internal program staff, data teams, and leadership to support continuous quality improvement.
Communicates regularly with site partners to address challenges, share updates, and reinforce best practices.
Conducts research, collect/analyze data, oversee data entry.
Performs other duties as assigned.
