Project Coordinator - Construction Project Management Support – JLL
Join JLL's elite Project and Development Services (PDS) team as a Project Coordinator providing essential support to Project Managers across commercial real estate construction projects. This role serves as the operational backbone for construction initiatives, ensuring seamless project coordination, comprehensive documentation management, and reliable administrative support that directly contributes to JLL's construction excellence and client satisfaction. You will enable Project Manager effectiveness through systematic coordination, organized processes, and proactive support across our global construction portfolio
• Provide dedicated administrative support to Project Managers including construction schedule coordination, milestone tracking, and project documentation assistance
• Maintain organized construction project files, permits, inspections, and drawing specifications using SharePoint, Teams, and construction management systems
• Assist with construction budget tracking, basic financial coordination, and project performance monitoring through AdaptiveWork, Ingenious, and Microsoft Project platforms
• Coordinate internal team meetings, facilitate communication between Project Managers and construction support teams, and manage project correspondence • Support construction project reporting, progress documentation, and deliverable organization for Project Manager review and client presentations
• Help organize construction activities, document workflows, and administrative processes that ensure smooth project operations and compliance
• Assist with construction quality documentation, process adherence, and systematic project information management for enhanced operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree or advanced students in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in construction support, project coordination, administrative assistance, or related construction support roles
• Advanced English level
• Basic proficiency in project management tools (AdaptiveWork, Ingenious, Microsoft Project) and construction management systems (Procore, PlanGrid)
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency for project documentation, reporting, and administrative support
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and construction document management systems for systematic file organization
• Exceptional attention to detail for accurate documentation management and systematic administrative support
• Strong organizational abilities with systematic approach to construction project coordination and file management
• Experience supporting construction projects, project management, or construction administrative functions
• Background in construction industry, real estate, or project support coordination
• Construction management coursework, project coordination training, or construction administration credentials
• Familiarity with construction processes, project phases, and construction terminology
• Experience with document review, compliance verification, or construction documentation standards
