We are seeking a Project Coordinator professional with strong process management skills, excellent written communication, and experience coordinating reports, audits, or regulatory deliverables in a corporate environment. Candidates who were previously paralegals can be great matches to this team.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and track recurring compliance and financial reporting deliverables
- Prepare and maintain written summaries, schedules, and supporting documentation for audits and regulatory submissions
- Facilitate working sessions and review meetings, including agendas, materials, and action tracking
- Maintain reporting databases, control documentation, and departmental policies and procedures
- Ensure reports and compliance artifacts are accurate, complete, and delivered within prescribed timelines
- Collaborate within a high visibility role across multiple departments and levels of senior leadership throughout the company
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Experience supporting finance, compliance, or audit functions
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management software (ex: Workiva)]
- A motivation to leverage enterprise AI–approved tools to streamline work, strengthen consistency, and elevate the overall quality of reporting

Job Responsibilities
- Developing written summaries and presentations. Creating and distributing project information to relevant parties.
- Facilitates workgroup meetings, including coordination of agendas and meeting minutes.
- Maintaining the project database and reports; ensuring resources are available to all project team members.
- Track and complete all reports, projects, audits, and other work assignments to ensure deliverables are of high quality and completed within the prescribed timeframes
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
Experience
- 2 years - Relevant work experience required
Skills\Certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills and ability to perform non-routine analytical tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
