Project Coordinator and Administrative Support - Fixed Term

About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will assist with the coordination of tasks relating to Customer Engagements, often working independently or as a key team member of the Services Engagement team. You will have a certain amount of autonomy to make decisions on engagement approach. You will need to be fluent in English
How You’ll Contribute:
Project Planning & Monitoring: Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer Consulting engagements and own all project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities. You will determine, monitor, and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk, taking appropriate action to rectify or mitigate issues. This requires Intermediate Executing capabilities.
Customer Engagement Support: provide administrative support to the wider team relating to tasks such as following up on In Arrears Services projects and the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs)
Process Management: Own and direct processes, including project requirements, scope, and change requests. You will work with the Consulting team and CFL Operations team to monitor costs throughout projects. You will manage delivery of assigned projects in accordance with Best Practices and contribute to Best Practice improvement across the region.
Business Development Contribution: Assist the wider team to develop ongoing business relationships with Sales teams and customers, helping to identify, design, and position future Services needs. You will contribute to the weekly Revenue forecast process with timely project updates, costings, and predictions of future needs. This demonstrates Foundational Strategic Thinking with Business Acumen.
Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work with other sub-regions, regions or Geos (as appropriate) in sharing best practices and sharing resources where it makes sense for the SUSE global business. You will comply with departmental processes and identify needs to develop new practices, processes, and documentation as necessary with the CFL Operations team.
Team Support: Support the growth and development of the Services Engagement team. This involves Foundational Leading and Developing People skills.

Project Coordination: The ability to take ownership of moderately complex projects and tasks, working independently or as a key team member.
Resource Planning: The ability to work with the Consulting team, SMO, and Services Partners to secure and plan project resources.
Revenue Forecasting: The ability to contribute to the weekly revenue forecast process with timely project updates, costings, and predictions.
Risk Management: The ability to determine, monitor, and review all project risks, taking appropriate action to rectify or mitigate issues.
Statement of Work (SOW) Creation: The ability to assist the wider team with administrative support when creating SOWs.
Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and partners, sharing best practices and providing cover for colleagues' absences.
