The Project Controls Specialist will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting for construction projects. The role ensures alignment with project objectives, monitors progress, provides actionable insights to stakeholders, and assists with project closeout updates.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Smartsheet, MS Office, or MS Project.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Identify and mitigate risks; maintain risk registers.
- Generate regular progress and financial reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 76,500.00 - $90,000.00
