We are looking for a Project Control Manager / Scheduling Data Center H/F in Paris.

What this job involves
1. Planning & Scheduling
Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the data center project using Primavera P6 or equivalent.
Define WBS, milestones, critical paths, and key interfaces across civil, MEP, electrical, ICT, and commissioning packages.
Perform schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, and mitigation planning.
Review and approve contractor baseline schedules, updates, and recovery plans.
2. Cost Control & Budget Management
Establish and manage the project cost control system, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
Monitor cost performance against approved budgets and identify variances.
Support change management, claims evaluation, and impact analysis (time & cost).
Coordinate with commercial and contracts teams on variations and EOTs.
3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Define progress measurement systems aligned with project scope.
Track physical progress and earned value (EVM).
Prepare weekly and monthly project control reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Provide early warning on schedule or cost risks.
4. Risk & Interface Management
Develop and maintain the project risk register related to schedule and cost.

5. Data Center–Specific Responsibilities
Integrate long-lead equipment (UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, BMS, ICT) into project schedules.
Support phased delivery, fit-out, and commissioning strategies (Tier III / Tier IV).
Coordinate planning activities related to testing, commissioning, and handover.
6. Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor project controls and planning engineers.
Coordinate with design, construction, procurement, commissioning, and client teams.
Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and best practices.
Sound like you? To apply you need to be able to / have:
You hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent,
You have minimum 5 year experience in Planning Management and ideally at least 2 years on Data Centers projects,
You are fluent in French and English,
You are able to work on Primavera,
You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable,
You possess strong interpersonal skills, have an excellent presentation, with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.),
You are a team player and have a proven track record as a business and team leader.
