As a Project & Change Manager for our HR Systems & Culture Transformation, you will drive organizational adoption of critical HR system transformations and enable our journey to becoming the Best Place to Work by 2030. You'll ensure that technology and cultural transformations are not only implemented but understood, embraced, and sustained across the organization.
This role is for a 12 month fixed term contract, and we are ideally looking for someone who is based on the East Coast to closely align with teams both in the US and UK.
