Solipsys is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raytheon Missile and Defense (RMD) and Raytheon Technologies (RTX) and an industry leader in the development of integrated C4I Network Centric Defense System solutions for both the Domestic and International DoD. Our Digital Technology (DT) Team is growing and searching for an enthusiastic, collaborative, and dedicated team member to be part of the Raytheon Solipsys Information Technology team.
We are currently seeking a Project Administrator/Coordinator to work onsite in Fulton, MD. As a member of the team, you will assist in planning, prioritization, and scheduling of various IT projects, ranging from internally planned initiatives related to the implementation of new technologies to assignments and deliverables related to contract award/program driven needs, as well as handling emergent tasking that can pop up. You will maintain oversight of projects and product reporting and dashboard metrics tracking the success of the projects/tasking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical to convey information in a tactful manner and at the technical proficiency of the audience and keeping up to date with current technology trends and future innovations.
What You Will Do:
Organize and facilitate the planning/management activities of various projects and initiatives leveraging appropriate project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Maintain awareness of schedules/upcoming deadlines and compare them with available resources to communicate with stakeholders on any potential issues or conflicts to address in advance.
Attend key meetings and kickoff events with management and project stakeholders to capture and identify new workloads and derive associated milestones to be updated in existing schedules.
Assist with bid and proposal activities by scoping tasking related to statements of work (SOW) documentation or discussions with key stakeholders in order to put together an accurate estimate of labor hours and calendar time related to the activities to be scheduled and working with vendors on hardware/software solution quotations as it related to the proposals.
Collaborate with team members to leverage skills and knowledge of enterprise IT solutions to provide recommendations and feedback on the development and design of future technology solutions.
Staying up to date with current technology innovations.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Project Management Certifications, such as CSM, PMP, or PMI-ACP.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued secret clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Highly motivated with the ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems
Ability to communicate well in oral and written form
Self-driven and highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Previous professional experience in Information Technology, such as in System or Network Administration

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
