Are you someone who can:  

 • Develop and implement change strategies aligned with project and business objectives. 

 • Deploy integrated risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks across programmes.  

• Manage and coach teams to achieve performance targets and human capital objectives 

 Demonstrate leadership through values-driven behaviours and visible commitment.  

• Compile actionable reports and dashboards to guide informed business decisions. • Apply strategic thinking to delivery plans in partnership with leadership.  

• Oversee multiple related projects ensuring alignment with organisational goals. 

• Build strong stakeholder relationships to enable thought leadership and innovation.  

• Enable delivery of customer service solutions aligned to brand and service standards.  

• Prepare portfolio-level reports tracking progress and guiding decision-making.  

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting; ensure financial discipline.  

 Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain client service continuity.  

• Design integrated programme plans, identify resources, manage risks, and ensure successful operationalisation.  

• Commit to continuous professional development as a life-long learner.  

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:  

• Degree in a relevant field   

• 8+ years’ experience in programme/project management.  

• Extensive knowledge of foreign payments (SWIFT, ISO 20022, AML/CTF, exchange control).  

• Preferably registered with a professional body (e.g., PMSA, PMI).  

• Banking industry exposure and experience in multinational corporate settings.  

• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships across diverse contexts.  

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.  

 Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex programmes. Preferred Skills & Competencies  

 Expertise in risk and compliance frameworks.  

• Familiarity with cross-border payment systems and regulatory requirements.  

 Proficiency in programme governance methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).  

• Ability to influence and collaborate at executive level.
