The Role

This is a high-impact execution role focused on operational clarity, resource alignment, and disciplined program management across a portfolio of engagements.

You will ensure that projects are launched thoughtfully, staffed appropriately, monitored consistently, and governed through structured operating rhythms. You will serve as a connective layer between strategy and execution, translating business objectives into clear staffing plans, financial alignment, and measurable delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Readiness & Execution Excellence

  • Lead operational setup and governance across 5–8 concurrent engagements
  • Establish and run structured operating cadences (weekly reviews, risk logs, performance trackers)
  • Ensure new projects launch with clearly defined staffing models, ramp plans, and accountability structures
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Delivery, StratOps, Finance, HR, Talent Supply, and Tech
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
  • Build standardized playbooks and frameworks to improve repeatability and execution consistency

2. Financial Tracking & Performance Ownership

  • Track revenue, cost structures, and margins across assigned programs
  • Ensure performance aligns with approved financial plans
  • Partner with Finance to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting transparency
  • Identify performance variances early and support data-driven corrective actions
  • Build dashboards that integrate operational and financial metrics into executive-ready reporting

3. Resource Planning & Talent Lifecycle Oversight

  • Maintain visibility into supply and demand across engagements
  • Oversee staffing alignment to project requirements and timelines
  • Monitor utilization trends and allocation efficiency
  • Manage contractor lifecycle processes including onboarding, ramp tracking, performance monitoring, and transitions
  • Partner with Talent Supply and HR to ensure timely and well-aligned staffing decisions

4. Data-Driven Program Management

  • Use data analytics/SQL to query, validate, and analyze operational datasets
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and executive reporting tools
  • Consolidate complex operational and financial data into insight-driven updates for leadership
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across systems

Who You Are

The Execution Driver - You bring structure to ambiguity and ensure initiatives move from planning to disciplined execution.

The Systems Thinker - You understand how staffing, delivery timelines, operational workflows, and financial plans interconnect.

The Cross-Functional Integrator - You are comfortable partnering across Delivery, Finance, StratOps, HR, and Talent Supply to align objectives and execution.

The Data-Oriented Operator - You rely on metrics, dashboards, and analysis to drive clarity and accountability.

The Builder - You create scalable governance mechanisms - trackers, dashboards, and cadences that strengthen operational visibility.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or consulting environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with P&L accountability
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost management
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing operational data
  • Experience overseeing staffing, onboarding, contractor management, and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in building dashboards, trackers, and executive reporting
  • Ability to consolidate operational and financial performance into succinct, insight-driven decks for leadership reviews
  • Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience managing distributed contractor or talent marketplace models
  • Prior exposure to AI, data labeling, or other early-stage services organizations
  • Experience mentoring junior Program Managers
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort handling performance and utilization data
  • Experience presenting in executive governance forums and leadership reviews
