Program Manager

Washington - Pullman Full time

As a Program Manager, a typical day might include the following: 

  • Implement and manage mid to large company programs.
  • Design and implement new programs.
  • Ensure leadership, coordination, and execution of program improvements.
  • Create and lead a productive, harmonious team (if applicable).
  • Partner with managers on strategic planning efforts.
  • Provide performance data, analysis, manage program milestones, and document project activities.
  • Understand. Create. Simplify.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This job might be for you if: 

  • You have relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • You have a minimum 5 years of experience in program administration and implementation
  • You have proven ability to manage project teams, develop and initiate actions, work independently, and accept ownership for achieving results associated with assigned accountabilities
  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills
  • You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
  • You have the ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • You have the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD
  • Knowledgeable about Electrical Engineering/Power Systems

Pay Range Data:

We anticipate filling this position as a Program Manager $86,700 - $128,100.  We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
