Position Summary:

The Program Manager, Recruitment Marketing, will play an important role in defining how BAYADA Home Health Care connects and markets to prospective candidates, facilitating the strategic positioning of the organization as a reputable employer of choice. This role manages vendors and partnerships, translating our employer value proposition into compelling campaigns crafting and implementing strategies to inform, attract, and retain top-tier talent across prioritized roles and markets. The Program Manager serves as liaison between practices and recruitment marketing partners, collaborating seamlessly across teams to build and share marketing best practices, reports on recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives, and drives recruitment marketing campaigns with limited supervision and direction. This role will leverage data and intelligence to inform the creation of recruitment and lifecycle marketing techniques and continuously measure and optimize campaign results. This role supports the Practice TA service delivery teams to optimize recruitment marketing strategies, facilitating the ability to meet BAYADA Home Health Care’s hiring needs.

Qualifications:

  • Four (4) year college degree.
  • Five (5)+ years of recruitment marketing, loyalty, or engagement program experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional project management skills and a bias towards action.
  • Hands-on experience in the daily management of talent attraction (recruitment marketing) and candidate engagement initiatives in complex companies.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and approach to recruitment marketing.
  • Experience using data and insights to build new or optimize existing recruitment marketing campaigns and plans.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing disciplines and functions that extend beyond program management.
  • Proven track record delivering growth results in a complex environment while managing multiple priority/key projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills, with a focus on trust and collaboration with internal partners.
  • Ability to use rigorous logic to solve problems with innovative and effective solutions – including documentation & communication of solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced setting across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
  • Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of recruitment marketing strategies, including planning, budgeting, and analysis of marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly, utilizing data and intelligence to make informed recommendations on talent marketing techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create compelling marketing techniques through shared best practices in talent marketing, including but not limited to job board advertising, digital marketing, one-on-one communications, referral programs, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Manage the relationships with our leading enterprise recruiting vendors, as well as BAYADA’s agency of record.
  • Negotiate contracts and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), holding vendors accountable for providing the highest standard of customer service.
  • Manage recruitment marketing operations and technology.
  • Partner with field & office TA teams to support initiatives designed to increase application volume based on market demand.
  • Stay up to date on recruitment marketing best practices, talent insights, marketplace trends, and emerging technologies to inform the creation of new, innovative recruitment marketing initiatives that attract and retain key talent segments to provide recommendations and education to TA partners on best practices and search engine optimization tactics for drafting and posting job advertisements.
  • Meet with recruiting teams to provide consultative services on digital attraction.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on pulling application and conversion data from BAYADA’s Applicant Tracking System.
  • Partner with internal IT departments to scope out new technology integrations to support recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Focus on driving talent acquisition by designing and supporting the implementation of digital/internet recruitment marketing approaches.
  • Partner with Practice TA leaders, agency of record, TA Enablement and cross functional support offices to develop and iterate on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Recruitment Marketing.
  • Track and review the outcome of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.

Additional Information:

  • Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000-100,000 depending on experience.
  • Bonus opportunity: 10%
