Job Summary:
The Program Manager – Program Integration supports Air Force Fighter/Bomber (F/B) portfolio capability planning and long‑range program integration activities. This role assists in evaluating warfighter requirements, shaping technology investment strategies, coordinating across senior stakeholders, and integrating lifecycle acquisition, sustainment, and science & technology (S&T) considerations. The Program Manager builds cross‑organization relationships, serves as a liaison between user requirements and engineering activities, participates in high‑visibility working groups, and delivers decision‑quality recommendations to senior leaders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in applying program management, logistics, maintenance, supply, financial management, test, security, information management, and contracting expertise across program initiatives.
- Support analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of solutions for complex program efforts.
- Represent the F/B program portfolio in Service Core Function processes aligning capability needs with strategic planning.
- Assist in influencing S&T investment decisions benefiting F/B platforms and capability development.
- Build and maintain relationships with Government offices, contractors, AFMC, AFLCMC, AFRL, ACC, AFGSC, and HQ USAF.
- Serve as liaison between warfighter/user requirements and engineering teams.
- Participate in TIMs, IPTs, PMRs, working groups, and capability planning forums.
- Apply MAJCOM experience to assess operational requirements and mission needs.
- Analyze warfighter needs and advise capability planning leadership on mission-critical gaps.
- Bridge capability needs into materiel solution planning, early systems engineering, and T&E strategy development.
- Conduct studies and trade-space evaluations for emerging platform capabilities.
- Assess technology maturity, lifecycle impacts, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Support identification of materiel solutions, lifecycle cost estimates, manufacturing maturity, and acquisition intelligence inputs.
- Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and visual products for senior leaders.
- Support integrated lifecycle planning from pre‑concept through disposal.
- Assist in developing technology solution sets, sustainment strategies, and capability enhancement plans.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Air Force acquisition, capability planning, requirements development, or program integration.
- Experience working with or supporting USAF MAJCOMs (ACC, AFGSC, HQ USAF)
- Knowledge of USAF planning, programming, and capability development processes.
- Experience supporting program management, logistics, supply, financial management, test, security, information management, or contracting activities.
- Ability to analyze warfighter requirements and define capability needs.
- Familiarity with S&T investment processes, technology maturity, and early lifecycle planning.
- Experience with IPTs, PMRs, TIMs, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to prepare senior-level briefings and reports.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and serve as a liaison between user and engineering communities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree/MBA, or Operations Research, Engineering or related field
- Chief of Staff experience
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
