Position Summary
The Program Manager will manage global development projects that may vary from single enclosure design/manufacturing, applications, new common platform architectures and/or H2 infrastructure. The position plays a key role in managing communication with various stakeholders, including internal employees, external vendors and customers, and joint ventures. The position requires close interaction with the engineering, product management, sales, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure designs meet cross functional requirements and are seamlessly launched into the business as available offerings. The program manager will maintain project schedules and regularly meet with team members to review project status, prioritize activities, drive deliverables, plan future actions and report out progress. The ideal candidate should exhibit both exceptional communication and project management skills along with a technical background. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to handle multiple project assignments and willing to learn and adapt within a fast-paced organization.

Pay Rate:
$83,900.00 - $125,800.00We offer a fantastic total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below:
