What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end execution of global programs, from planning through delivery and post-launch activities;
- Manage complex, multi-region projects ensuring alignment with strategic business goals;
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution of critical issues;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables;
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management;
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, implementing strategies to minimize potential impact on delivery;
- Monitor program performance through data and metrics, driving informed decision-making and continuous optimization;
- Promote continuous improvement of program management processes, increasing efficiency and effectiveness;
- Ensure a strong customer-focused approach by applying knowledge of support processes and delivering high-quality solutions.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus;
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in global and technology-driven environments;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across different levels of the organization;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams;
- Solid experience with project management tools and agile methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions;
- Basic understanding of customer support processes;
- English is a strong differential;
- Proactive profile, with excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
