Program Manager

Let’s start with the role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple strategic programs that drive business impact. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful execution, alignment with business objectives, and cross-functional collaboration across teams. You will manage a team of Project Managers, optimize processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project governance within the company.

• Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, ensuring alignment with company strategy and program objectives.
• Be accountable for the performance and results of multiple programs, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.
• Optimize program execution by implementing and refining PMO governance, KPIs, and audit processes.
• Develop departmental plans (6–12 month horizon), determining priorities, resource allocation, and expected outcomes.
• Drive strategic decision-making, balancing business objectives with resource availability and organizational constraints.
• Ensure strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Compliance, and Finance, to align programs with company-wide goals.
• Identify and solve complex operational and organizational challenges, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative thinking.
• Act as a key contributor to the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring that program execution supports long-term business growth.
  
  

What you’ll bring: 

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring Project Managers.
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike, Jira, or similar platforms) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks) are a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language.
