Program Management (Internal Communications Specialist)
Responsibilities:
This individual will drive all Communications and people engagement activities for Inkjet Supplies Development & Operations Singapore and work closely with Corporate Communications. Reporting to Strategic Initiative Senior Manager and work closely with ISDO Chief of Staff, responsibilities include:
Strategic planning, messaging and content creation
- Develop comprehensive plans that clearly communicate Inkjet Supplies Development & Operations HP Inc.’s strategy and business to both internal and external audiences
- Create engaging content that inspires brand relevancy, admiration and trust among employees
- Create effective, compelling and insightful materials that drive the company narrative—including announcements, videos, speeches, product demonstrations, and presentations to employees and other stakeholders
Leadership communications and stakeholder management
- Work with HP Inc. Supplies leader to position the company as a thought leader in the areas that are driving change in print
- Collaborate with senior executives to define key messages and proof points for the Supplies organization
- Act as a trusted “go-to” liaison between employees and senior executives.
- Identify opportunities to improve communications to employees and stakeholders across HP Inc.
- Implement and measure employee communications programs, content and/or vehicles (e.g., internal websites, quarterly newsletters etc.) to promote employee understanding and engagement for Inkjet Supplies Operations and HP Inc. Singapore
- Track, measure and report site measurements of success such as web traffic, readership measures, pulse surveys, etc.
Event management and execution
- Coordinate Manufacturing Line tours for customers, resellers, government bodies, etc
- Ideate and execute regular all-hands meetings, town halls, and other employee programs – both live and virtual.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills – this position interacts with multiple departments and functions throughout the Inkjet Supplies Operations. The ideal candidate drives effective, positive communications with these groups and handles challenges with diplomacy, tact, and careful thought.
- Experience working directly with senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Strong listening skills and interest to learn
- Proven project management skills – must have attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple programs
- Capable of putting together a broad view of the business across different groups, segments and geographies
- Multi-market experience preferred.
- Degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
