As Program Manager, you will manage and maintain initiatives related to an assigned program. In this role, you will support the Education Council committee by coordinating agendas, scheduling speakers, recording meeting minutes, and completing follow-up after meetings. Your efforts will focus on developing systems and procedures to enhance patient care within the Cleveland Clinic while providing numerous opportunities to advance your skills through extensive hands-on experience and contribute to the future of healthcare.

A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with one day per week at the Main Campus and four days remote.

During the new hire period, the role requires on-site work three days per week.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements. 

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training

  • OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience

  • OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience

  • OR High School Diploma / GED and six years of experience

  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Experience in healthcare setting 

  • Knowledge with Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Word and Teams

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
