Travel: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Position Overview:
This role supports external client-facing solutions across Coordination of Benefits (COB) and Data Mining (DM), partnering closely with account management, internal stakeholders, and leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes.
The Program Manager will operate across a portfolio of work, connecting initiatives across COB and DM to ensure alignment, visibility, and consistency in execution. While individual teams maintain deep subject matter expertise within their respective areas, this role is responsible for bringing that work together—ensuring priorities are aligned, deliverables are coordinated, and progress is clearly communicated.
A key component of this role is developing executive-level reporting and presentations, synthesizing complex inputs into clear, concise messaging for leadership. This individual will also act as a proxy for leadership when needed, helping to drive alignment, follow-ups, and prioritization across teams.
This role is seeking someone who is highly organized, able to operate across multiple workstreams, and comfortable building context quickly without needing to be the primary subject matter expert. Success in this role will be driven by the ability to connect people and work, anticipate needs, and ensure that cross-functional efforts are executed effectively and represented clearly.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Manages and coordinates the development, approval, implementation and compliance of on-going external client facing programs; develops program budget; ensures program meets its stated objectives; drives alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders; synthesizes program updates into clear, actionable insights for leadership
Researches applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends
Manages external client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas; facilitates coordination across teams to ensure consistent execution and communication
Coordinates training related to external client facing program; develops program success measures and performs periodic assessments of program success; develops and delivers executive-level reporting and presentations
Required Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certification preferred
Experience developing executive-level reporting, presentations, and communications
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders including executive level strongly preferred
Ability to operate independently and effectively in ambiguous environments
