As part of this mission, Chewy Health is currently seeking an experienced individual to fill our Program Manager position to join our Healthcare Services team based in Plantation, FL, Bellevue, WA, or Boston, Massachusetts. The candidate we are looking for should have a strong delivery record and proven project management experience in strategic, tactical, cross-functional projects and programs across multiple verticals. This role requires identifying defects and driving automation, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive project management experience, combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation, to lead projects from conception to completion. What You’ll Do:

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows, propose and execute on process improvements
  • Implement best practices and automation to enhance operational productivity
  • Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve goals.
  • Establish and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure success, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives and regularly communicate status reports to a wide audience.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and transitions
  • Foster collaboration with internal partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
  • Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
  • Drive efficiencies across high volume projects using project management systems
  • Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
  • Regularly communicate project status, roadblocks and risks with director+ audience and other critical stakeholders to support project delivery.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience required.
  • Track record of taking ownership and getting results in a data-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Consistent record of developing tools and programs to tackle sophisticated problems
  • Analytical skills with ability to develop financial and data models.
  • Intrinsic ability to work cross functionally and collaborate as part of a team to deliver strong results
  • Experience with CRM tools including SalesForce
  • Experience with operationalizing processes across Sales, Tech and Operations teams.
  • Strong ability to lead and influence others and provide analysis and recommendations to accelerate projects
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and adjust to changing demands
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Position may require travel

Bonus:

  • MBA or Masters
  • Proficiency with SQL, Lucidchart, or TeamGantt
  • Experience in veterinary or pharmaceutical industry

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations. 

Base Salary Range
$95,500$152,500 USD
