Major Duties:
Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing, planning, and overseeing a Berthing and Messing Program by providing business, financial, contractual, logistics, and industrial management oversight to ensure operational readiness and/or organizational effectiveness for a Fleet-Wide maintenance and logistics program. Must have extensive knowledge of shipyard and industrial-facility capabilities, life-cycle maintenance planning, and the application of both military and commercial standards required to ensure compliance, safety, and readiness.
