That’s why we need you, a seasoned Program Manager who can ensure our information technology program achieves success.

As a lead Program Manager, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding our team. Our law enforcement client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the law enforcement market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact law enforcement IT support services while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience planning, initiating, and overseeing information technology projects

  • Experience leading and guiding IT Leads, including servings as liaison between the project teams and management

  • Experience with planning and working in a well-defined lifecycle process, including coordinating resources and meeting delivery dates

  • Experience engaging internal and external stakeholder to manage expectations and ensure alignment of project goals

  • Experience defining scope, creating plans, setting milestones, and managing resources

  • Ability to provide strategic oversight on a variety of projects, ensuring viability and sustainability, including JIRA workflow, FinOps support, Cloudscape Support, Financial Tracking support, or SharePoint Support

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience creating, monitoring, and updating JIRA ticketing epics and features and producing status reports based on JIRA stages and input from the IT Lead

  • Experience with presenting to leadership on project status, risk or blockers, and future taskings

  • Experience with ensuring quality end product and performing project closeouts validating activities are finalized, including conducting a post-project evaluation

  • Experience with driving Artificial Intelligence solutions and governance to government customers

  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk, including developing response strategies

  • Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Program or Project Management related Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
