iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Program Management Officer VIE within our Order To Cash (O2C) team - one of the pillars of Business Operations Finance, you’ll work closely with the O2S Transformation and Change Lead and Global Business Process Owner to structure and monitor the overall transformation program including Digital development, Organizational changes, change management & Core model deployment. It has a large impact at local, regional and global level with multiple stakeholders involved. The objective is to ensure a smooth project monitoring to secure the ambitious roadmap.

Main responsibilities:

  • Check methodology consistent, support governance set-up and help to prepare the main meetings, build consolidated planning and monitor adherence, secure smooth communication and understanding among the Core team.
  • Support the consolidation of the different initiatives (Transition, iShift, Salesforce, continuous improvements) and evaluate consistency for each project phase, methodology, deliverables, resources & skills requested.
  • Responsible of daily project monitoring activities to ensure visibility, follow-up, escalation and consolidation.
  • Support general meeting administration, such as preparing meeting agendas and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Check that project/program/portfolio documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Support project status, KPIs & reporting.
  • Propose improvements on existing project structure, tools, and templates (e.g. governance framework, project portfolio dashboards, tracking of business requirements progress).
  • Set up reporting tools using Jira & Jira confluence.
  • Follow the coordination of issues, risks, documentation and any other logs that need control to monitor risks and formalize mitigation plan.
  • Track and report on key milestones, risks, and issues into concise summary.
  • Maintain a risk management process that includes issue tracking and monitoring plans.

About you

Experience:

  • Previous experience preferably within pharmaceutical industry, consultancy or change management would be a great asset.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners at all levels.
  • Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deal with digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of order to cash overall processes would be a plus.
  • Good business acumen would be an asset.
  • Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Analytics, Communication, Learning).

Languages:

  • Excellent English - written and verbal.
  • Second European languages is appreciated.
