Job scope/summary:
Monitoring Delivery Operations (MDO) is one of the fastest growing teams within the Managed Services organization. Our mandate is to manage E2E delivery operations for HP's contractual services business, focusing on contractual servicing offerings for enterprise Tier 1 accounts in the commercial domain, as well as internal HP employees.
The PMO Digital Solutions Specialist is a strategic role within the PMO, responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and enabling technology solutions that enhance project governance, efficiency, and delivery. This position acts as a bridge between business strategy and technology, ensuring that digital tools, automation, and analytics are leveraged to optimize program and portfolio management as well as process engineering. The role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms and AI tools.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of digital solutions to support PMO processes and projects, including automation, dashboards, and AI-based tools.
Support MDO Technical team to develop customer facing and internal tools
Support custom Sharepoint design and development
Align digital initiatives with organizational strategy and PMO objectives to ensure measurable business value.
Ensure compliance with data security, IT standards, and regulatory requirements across all PMO digital initiatives.
Drive organizational adoption of new digital tools and processes through structured change management plans.
Conduct training sessions and create learning resources to build digital literacy within PMO and MDO teams.
Act as a key liaison between PMO, IT, and business units to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
Communicate progress, risks, and benefits of digital initiatives to management and the cross-functional team.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects, including technology failures and cybersecurity threats.
Benchmark PMO digital practices against industry standards and implement enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and recommend adoption strategies.
Monitor performance and continuously refine digital solutions for better outcomes.
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
Design and implementation of digital solutions to support PMO processes and projects, including automation, dashboards, and AI-based tools.
Creation of internal portals/sharepoints
Support for the enablement of service capabilities within the MDO organization
Technical development of tools and applications for customer service delivery
Documentation of problem statement, business justification, project scope, risks, dependencies, and next steps; managing issues tracker
Monitoring of digital solutions performance and improvements for better outcomes

Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Four-year Degree in AI, Technology, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in digital solutions design, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
Other requirements:
