The Patriot Radar Integrated Product Team (IPT) is seeking a Program Integrator to join the Global Radar Patriot Product Line team.  You will be responsible for coordinating multiple program teams in their execution efforts on Radar production and development scope on various contracts. You will coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices. You will assist with providing tactical directions for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools.

What You Will Do:

  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of program management plans, consistent with program requirements and company policies

  • Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by directors and program leadership teams to drive program success

  • Oversee performance assessment including measurement collection, analysis, and storage working with program leads and cross functional teams on corrective actions

  • Implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items

  • Oversee Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for IPT efforts

  • Ensure timely and effective RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) gate process compliance

  • Provide guidance to program leads on the implementation of risk and opportunity management

  • Lead proposal and startup activities

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience is required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in program or project management

  • Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages for management review

  • Experience with any of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development (to include program management and/or collaboration tools)

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Program Management Level 6 Certification or ability to achieve within 6 months

  • Familiarity with Foreign Military Sale (FMS) & Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts

  • Certified BOE developer / approver

  • Experience supporting US government program and contracting agencies

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
