Program Financial Analyst III

We are seeking a Program Financial Analyst III with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and at least 6 years of relevant experience. The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Study and analyze trends and forecasts to inform recommended actions. 
  • Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
  • Support business unit reporting requirements tied to monthly cadence
  • Support ad-hoc business performance reporting.
  • Present monthly and quarterly financial program reports
  • Must work collaboratively day in and day out to establish favorable relationships and report

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and typically 6+ years of relevant experience
    • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
    • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, collaboratively at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams
  • Experience in process and tool improvement
  • Well-versed in working with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and applications
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
